We are asking that you provide a minimum of one Pallet of a single wine of your choosing to be offered via the Sonoma Rising Wine Shop at cost, and we will donate 100% of the proceeds to local relief efforts.
How it works:
Wineries determine the product they’d like to offer, set their price and sign up.
Sonoma Rising will coordinate fulfillment via WineShipping (Pick up available).
Winery will execute a Trademark and Production Agreement with VinoShipper. Once set up, every time an order is placed, VinoShipper (a licensed CA Winery/Wholesale) will purchase the corresponding order from you at cost. VinoShipper will be taking care of all sales tax reporting for CA and any applicable sales tax and excise tax reporting for sales out of CA. They will pay you monthly for the wine sold at the agreed pricing(cost).
WineShipping will be notified and will process all orders with $10 flat shipping.
After your orders are processed, VinoShipper will disburse the remaining proceeds to the RCU North Bay Fire Relief Fund.
Wineries are encouraged to donate the funds they receive for the cost of the wine.
